Remoulade Sauce

Whisk in a bowl:
    1 cup Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup salad oil (peanut oil)
    1/4 cup Tarragon vinegar
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 tsp Tarragon
    1/2 tsp Paprika
    1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp Tony Cachere's More Spice (or other seasoned salt)
    1 tb ground Horseradish
    1 tb Hammond's Jamaica Style Pepper Sauce (or other pepper sauce)
    1 tb prepared mustard (Dijon, Cajun, German style, etc.)

Stir in:
    1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
    2/3 stalk celery, chopped fine

Best if chilled before serving.  Use with shrimp, lobster, crab cakes, fried
fish, fried green tomatoes, etc.
